MONKEY JUNCTION AREADemographics within a five-mile radius of Belle Meade boast some of the strongest numbers in New Hanover County. Currently, there are nearly 90,000 households with several thousand more to come on-line within the next 24-36 months due to the impending 1300-acre River Lights project being developed by Newland.
